THE SHORT RISER was created to add height variation to table settings and tablescapes. It is perfect for unique displays of food and allows for more versatility of how your table setting can come together. This shorter option is also great if you want an option that is easier to pick up and place down the serving board versus on a flat surface.
Made locally via a 3D printer out of PLA. PLA is polyester made from fermented plant starch. It is biodegradable and compostable. It is lightweight and a great alternative to plastic.
Made to be paired back with THE STAINLESS STEEL SERVING BOARD.

Material: PLA (Polyactic Acid). PLA is a bioplastic made from renewable resources like corn starch or sugarcane. It is biodegradable and compostable, offering an alternative to traditional petroleum-based plastics.
Care: Gently hand wash if need to clean. As PLA is produced from plant based materials it cannot be stored in high heat. High heat will melt the risers. Keep at room temperature or cooler temperatures to avoid product warping.

Australia Delivery:
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $140 (2-8 business days).
- $10 Standard Shipping for all orders under $140 (2-8 business days).
- $15 Express Shipping option for all orders (1-4 business days).
New Zealand Delivery:
- $30 flat rate Standard Shipping on all orders to New Zealand (8-12 business days).
Rest Of World Delivery:
- $75 flat rate Standard Shipping. All orders shipped via Standard Shipping and delivery time will depend on location (expected 6-27 business days depending on distance from Australia).

What are the risers supposed to be used for?
We created our risers so that you could use them to create multi-dimensional table settings by creating different heights across the tables. They are meant to be a base for our Stainless Steel Serving Board and used to create a unique table spread. They also are useful if you want a bit of space between the table and your serving board so that it is easier to pick up and put down the serving boards.
What is PLA?
PLA is a great sustainable alternative to plastic being made from plant based materials such as cornstarch and sugarcane. PLA stands for Polylactic Acid and is the material our risers are made of created using a 3D printer.
